The main entrance to the Hayes Pavilion is located at 3777 Jean-Brillant Street. Turn left and take the elevators to the basement. The reception area is located on your left.

Parking

Parking spaces are available at the main entrance for a fee. 

Admissions Office
Pavilion A, ground floor, room A-G310. Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. (except public holidays)

Laboratory Department
Pavilion D, ground floor
Testing: room D-G109
Specimen deposit: room D-G113

Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. (except public holidays)

Glucose test: arrive before 3 p.m.
 

Emergency Department
Pavilion A, ground floor, room A-G359
Less than 20 weeks pregnant

Birthing Center

For patients 20 weeks or more of pregnancy. 

Visiting Hours

Delivery Rooms

No time limit for people accompanying the mother-to-be. Limit of 3 visitors.

Mother-Child Unit and Nursery

Your support person (partner, accompanying person, etc.) may be present at all times.

Grandparents and siblings of the newborn:
8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 

Family members and friends (mother-child unit only):
6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

No child age 12 and under will be admitted to the postpartum unit.  Siblings of the newborn must be accompanied by an adult.  Limit: 3 visitors at a time per family.
